Nope! We work with all kinds of budgets and home sizes. We have worked with everything from $400,000-$5,000,000+ homes and 1400sqft-15,000sqft+
Do you build on my lot or only your own?
We will build on your lot! Some lots do have restrictions (if a builder owns the land they may require you use them as the builder), but barring any lot specific restrictions, we will build on your owned lot.
How soon can we start?
We can start having conversations today. The design process can start as soon as we have a signed Design Contract.
How long does it take to build a custom home in Southern Utah?
Most builds take less than a year once the design phase is complete, though the timeline depends on the size of the home, the specific lot, and any ACC (Architectural Control Committee) requirements that may apply to your neighborhood.
