Originally damaged in a fire in 2024, the home was rebuilt and redesigned, earning the name The Phoenix as a reflection of its renewal and transformation. The exterior features a clean combination of light stucco and contemporary stone in grey, white, and black tones, creating a balanced and updated desert-inspired look. Inside, the home is designed around natural light and open, functional spaces that feel comfortable and easy to live in.
